One Good Thing

Christmas Wrap 2012: wrap etc.

I think it’s about to storm.

A terrible feeling of lethargy has come across me today, a bit like the dim, cloud-cluttered sky. I have slept too much this week and done too little otherwise. That doesn’t sound very festive, does it? (Maybe I need to revisit this fantastic post by A Subtle Revelry: 100 Reasons to Celebrate the Holidays.)

For the record, I did just wrap some of my last Christmas presents (two others await me at home). I was lucky to find some beautiful rolls of vintage-looking wrap at Gottabee Country some weeks ago — a roll of off-white with musical script and a roll of natural brown with white stripes.

A gift wrapped beautifully is something special.

The following three options would be lovely for all manner of gifts. And, after that, I’ve included some other wrap ideas from around the web.

Aaaaand (and and and) the best of the rest: gift ideas for anyone and everyone (in case you’re grappling with a case of last-minute seasonal panic).

ONE. Frankie gift paper book / TWO. Cat, dog + bird papers from Lark / THREE. Kikki. K Christmas selection
